Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout; all shipments include tracking.

Packages are dispatched from Montréal, Québec via Canada Post. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delays due to weather, customs, or operational issues are outside of my control. I cannot refund lost or stolen packages.
